Welcome to Princess & The Bead, jewellery making parties for little princesses.

If you are looking for a party for 7 - 13 year olds which can release children’s creativity and can be fun and enjoyable at the same time, a children’s jewellery making party is a fantastic choice.

I can help to take some of the stress out of a children’s party. All you need to do is provide a roomy table with good lighting and I will come to your chosen venue with gorgeous beads, charms and other materials to create a beautiful piece of jewellery. The standard party will last approximately 1 ½ hours.

For the younger children, we can make jewellery using memory wire which means there are no fiddly clasps for them to contend with or for the older children, jewellery with clasps is available. Other alternatives are stretchy bracelets and what this space for hand painted pendants and rings. If you have specific requirements, please contact us to discuss.

At the end of the party, the children take their stunning jewellery home in a pink ribbon tied organza bag.

If you have boys attending the party, these can also be catered for with wooden beads and more 'manly' beads. Some boys decide to make gifts for their mum's, grandma's and aunties! They will also take their creation home in a suitable little bag.

What is included?

Kelly from Princess & the Bead will travel to your chosen location (within 10 miles of Sutton, SM2 6LP) with all materials and tools necessary to create a gorgeous piece of jewellery.

If you live further afield, please contact us for a quote, normally 45p per mile each way (first 10 miles each way are free).

Cost per Princess:-

£10 for 1 ½ hours (approx. 2/3 pieces of jewellery per child depending on age and ability)

£15 for 2-2 ½ hours (approx. 4 pieces of jewellery per child depending on age and ability)

We find that for younger children, 1 ½ hours is normally sufficient. If you have pre-teens/teens, they can get so in to their creations that they want as much time as possible so go for 2-2 ½ hours.

Some important stuff!!

A deposit of £30 is required to confirm the booking. Numbers must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event. Deposits are non-refundable within 21 days prior to the event.

If parking charges are enforced in your chosen location, this will be added to your final party cost.

Bookings are taken on a first come, first served basis subject to cleared funds.

At the party, the adult host will be invoiced for the full cost of the party bases on the number of guests confirmed, less the deposit paid. The minimum party cost will be for 6 guests.

Children will be working with wire and small beads, which we will teach them to use appropriately and monitor. We do not accept any responsibility for misuse of these items.

We do not take responsibility for premises, refreshments or equipment provided by the host. We reserve the right to cancel a party if the venue is found to be unsafe.

Due to insurance purposes, at least two adults must always be in attendance for the duration of the party in addition to the Princess & the Bead Staff. The two adults will be fully responsible for the children at all times.

In the unlikely event that Princess & the Bead are unable to attend a party due to unforeseen circumstances; a full refund will be given.
